About Abraham Roth & Associates

At Abraham Roth & Associates we cater to your every need. Our friendly and courteous staff at our New York collection agency is hand picked and trained personally by one of our senior partners. Abraham Roth & Associates collectors are dedicated to providing the highest quality customer service to its clients. Whether your debt is large or small, your satisfaction is our primary goal and we guarantee collection of your money in a legal, effective, and expeditious manner.

Our streamlined system of collections allows clients of Abraham Roth & Associates to recover more of their money or assets more quickly. Our non-traditional techniques consistently yield higher rates of recovery and result in the recovery of delinquent receivables faster than other collection agencies that offer a traditionally less-efficient and effective collection system. We have designed our collections process to give our clients the utmost control in their asset and money recovery.

Our collectors are trained by a senior partner to use the most effective techniques and are required to have a working knowledge of the provisions of the Uniform Commercial and the secured transactions and bankruptcy codes which they may employ to overcome any typical and pseudo-logical debtor objections to forthright payment of their debt. At Abraham Roth & Associates we can be as hard or soft as our clients require, employing tact for sensitive accounts and aggression for accounts requiring immediate recovery.

Our contingency fee structure is on a client by client basis.  We prefer discussing with our clients their individual needs and requirements to negotiate fee based and fee plus commission arrangements.  Rates are based on factors such as how delinquent the account is, and whether or not there is legal involvement.  If a suit is required then the client will be responsible for court costs and all other non-contingent suit fees charged by the legal counsel.
